Istanbul based RHEA Investments; a leading Turkish independent asset management platform announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 33% stake in Turkey’s first fully integrated solid waste and energy company, Envitec Ltd. The investment will be made through RHEA’s public Venture Capital Investment Trust Vakıf Girisim (Istanbul Stock Exchange: VKFRS).
